Ultimate Tooth Gadget
I got this toothbrush as a replacement for an Oral-B Sonic Complete Toothbrush and if my teeth could talk they would be singing the praises of this bathroom gadget. The motor sounds a bit raucous and unrefined for the ultimate toothbrush but it's the cleaning power that matters. My teeth are now so clean I could eat off them if they were the size of plates, which they aren't thank goodness. The extra gadgets for your tongue and in between the teeth are added bonuses that make this the most comprehensive and best-cleaning tooth gadget you will probably ever own.

much better than my older electric model. lots of spare heads came with it. has a tongue cleaner. and a two minuite timer for aq thorough brushing

Great product, brought as a christmas present for the wife and we both get good use out of it due to the interchangable heads. One charge lasts a good 2 weeks of use and better than using a standard tooth brush.

Oral B toothbrush
Much prefer this type of toothbrush rather than the rechargeable ones as the batteries can last as long as 3/4 months or longer. Ideal for holidays - but usually remove the battery ! Difficult to purchase, so was delighted to source them from Amazon. The only downside would be the battery compartment can be come difficult to open after time.

Not sure about this product
This was delivered well within the usual time limits and as described.

The brush heads are VERY soft, so not sure if they really are doing their job properly. It says Sonic and the action is VERY quick but I don`t think this uses "Ultrasonic" technology which would be better. However look at the price compared to Ultrasonic brushes and its so cheap and value for money. The soft brush heads concern me.Obviously batteries are not included

Fantastic Toothbrush, Good Value

A Great toothbrush, well worth the money. I purchased this 2-handle pack for my wife and I, but I was a little bit skeptical buying from "Hi-Tech Market" instead of amazon, but they were the only ones selling this 2-handle pack. After purchasing, the package was waiting outside my door 3 days later. Fantastic!

Two useless Smartguides but only ONE CHARGER
Decided to upgrade to Oral B Triumph "double" to have one set stationed at home and one for travel. However, you receive only one charger. Forget about contacting Proctor & Gamble (Oral B handler) on their website to order another charger. They will send you a useless response.
The base takes along time to charge. Tried to charge while I slept at night (7 hours) and the unit was still not fully charged when I woke up. But the unit retains the charge for quite awhile (good thing since there's only one charger).
Wish there was a "thumb rest" on the base. The first time I used this my thumb brushed over the brush setting sensor and changed the setting. The Triumph has four brush settings-two too many for me.
Does anyone really use the Smartguide? The base "stutters" every 30 seconds-I really don't need a cutesy display. On the possible side, I now have a clock in my bathroom.
This unit uses special brush heads. The leftover brush heads from my Oral B Vitality will not work with the Triumph. With that said, these brush heads clean better than anything I have ever used. Both the polishing and the regular brush heads have yellow rubber(?) attachments within the bristles. With just one use, I could tell a difference with my teeth. My teeth have a natural shine that was only obtained after the dentist polished my teeth.
Would have rated this five stars if there were two chargers. When they make these sets, they should really think how the consumer will use them.

Excellent Toothbrush

This toothbrush is worth the money. With the extra power base you can keep one in each bathroom. The cleaning power is unbelievable. Leaves your teeth squeeky clean! I would definitly buy again.

It worked okay, but it really feels big
I had read the reviews about this bigger head, and I thought cool, twice the brushing power in the same amount of time! However, after having received it, I'm a little dissappointed. It doesn't appear as though it's that big, but it feels very large in mouth. It felt like I was trying to brush my teeth with my thumb. I had trouble getting the brush into the far reaches of my mouth whereas before with the smaller head I had no problems. I'm not a small person either, I'm 6'1" and 190lbs, with an average size mouth. It's really not that different than the standard head, it's just bigger. I think what bothered me most about the bigger head is that the angles at which you approach your teeth are now more limited because of the increased brush size. Because of this, getting the brush into every nook and cranny is now more difficult. Also, because it is bigger, it's harder to close your mouth around the wand, which means you get more toothpaste goo running down the brush.

Unfortunately, I bought the economical 3-pack. I should have bought the single one just to try it out, but I was certain I'd love the bigger one. Oh well...

More bristles, more buzzzzzz.
One of these brush heads came with my Oral B 980TX power toothbrush. I liked it so much more than the regular FlexiSoft head that I immediately ordered the 3-pack.

The extra bristles with their side-to-side oscillation add more oomph to the Oral B's tingle-inducing cleaning action. I can feel it all the way to the base of each tooth. When I rinse, I see more loosened debris swirling down the drain. I finish my morning brushing with a hydrogen peroxide rinse, and, man oh man, does it get foamy, an indication of freshly cleaned dental and gum surfaces.

The price is already a bargain but with additional available discounts like Free Super Saver Shipping, it's a steal.

This Made My Great Toothbrush Incredible
When I first switched from a standard toothbrush to Braun's power rotating brush head, I was surprised at how much cleaner it made my teeth feel. Then I tried this DualAction brush head, and loved it even more in about 3 seconds. Still do. In fact, I recently ordered 5 of the 3-packs all at once because I've had trouble finding them in stores and I was afraid they would stop making them or change the design.

Now, it is true that at first it feels like you've put one of those power floor scrubbers in your mouth, in that it feels kinda big and industrial until you're used to it. But boy does it make your teeth and gums feel cleaner. And I was accustomed to the different feel by the end of my first brushing with it. If that sounds potentially troubling to you, I recommend just buying a one-pack the first time. It's not cheap, after all, but for me it's been well worth the cost. Do try it.

I should also note that when I mentioned to my dentist that I've been using this, she referred to it as a "business killer." I take that as another good sign.

Great product
This is a great product. a friend told me about it. i finally decided to get one. i had bleeding gums. in two weeks of regular use, bleeding has stopped and i can see that my teeth is getting whiter and and my gums are great. just be careful when using the water jet side. you must turn it on with the flossing part in your mouth, or it will spray all over the place :)

Great step to complete oral health
I have used many different oral irrigators and a couple of electric toothbrushes. I wasn't to particular at this point. Then my boyfriend was told he had to have "scaling and planing" to correct his gum disease and we both freaked. We knew that we had to improve our program. We did the research. After reviewing and reading and asking around, we come up with the Oral B 8900. The battery operated brush seems very much like the Sonicare unit in its effectiveness. The selling point of this particular unit is the water jet. It is awesome and I recommend it to anyone. The settings of pressure are from 1 to 5...I have always maxed out oral irrigators in the past and never found much to get excited about. With this unit I have yet to go over a 3 and may in time work up to a 4 or 5 level, but only with consultation with my hygenist. The unit also come with a tongue cleaner that is attached to the battery unit. Much easier to use that manual cleaners. All in all, my boyfriend just spent over 4K and some VERY unpleasant days in periodontal agony. I am sure this little unit will keep me out of the surgeons chair and my boyfriend wants to be sure never to end up with gum disease again. "an once of prevention......"

Best toothbrush I've ever used.

I'd been using a fancy Sonicare toothbrush for about a year when my dentist told me I had gum disease. I had to go through an unpleasant scaling procedure to do a deep gum cleaning. Afterwards, we talked about my brushing habits. I told him I didn't know what I was doing wrong, since I flosh, use listerine, and use an electronic toothbrush twice a day. He asked me if it was a sonic toothbrush. When I said yes, he told me to get rid of it and to buy an oral-b mechanical toothbrush. He said that sonic toothbrushes just don't get the job done. I was hesitant to do so, and continued using my Sonicare for another 6 months. A week before my next checkup, I noticed some significant plaque buildup on my teeth. I felt really frustrated as I had taken great care to brush thoroughly since my last dentist visit

super clean teeth!
After years of nagging by my dentist, I finally caved in and bought this toothbrush. It's great!

My dentist told me that if you're good about brushing your teeth with a regular brush, you can prevent plaque build-up from occurring -- but if you're not careful for a few days then you'll have plaque build-up which you won't be able to remove. You're stuck having to go to the dentist.

Not so if you've got this toothbrush! I actually got this toothbrush after having been a little careless for a few days and being unable to get my teeth to feel clean no matter how thoroughly I brushed them. With this brush everything was squeaky clean in minutes!

I've found it to be reliable, effective, and simple. It's a noisier and messier than an old fashioned toothbrush, but there's not much to be done about that. The battery holds its charge long enough to leave the charger home on trips.
